A Cathedral
I'm working on the next Annual issue, which will be map pack, highlighting floorplans with the new SS2 bitmap artwork. It'll also take a detailed look at using lighting and shadows in CC3. Here's a little sneak peek on my cathedral floorplan so far:

Hm... I see a big problem with the new drop shadow. The circular rooms should not have as much light as they do based on the light source, especially the room on the right, and the stained glass 'reflection shadow' should be going the same direction as the shadows. In some places it is overlapping the shadows.

Nice textures and floor plan though! :)

If you're going to be picky, the light and shade on the beveled edges of the columns should also go the same way as the light direction. Doesn't CC3 have a lighted bevel?

Overall, though, it's a very nice appearing map. The lighting does detract from it a bit, I think. It is hard to tell the overall impact of the image from just the small pieces, though.
