I got FFG's new edition of Warrior Knights - a Games Workshop classic originally - for my birthday and played the first test game against Stef yesterday (just to get a hang of the rules).
The game looks and feels very interesting. Many little clever subsystems like a political assembly where you vote on different agendas, expeditions into far-off lands, overseas conquests, etc. could combine to form a varied and deep game experience. Not quite as strategically brain-wracking as Game of Thrones perhaps, because the multitude of happenings make things lesss predictable, but that can also be a good thing.
I'm looking forward to sessions with more players. The game allows from 2-6, and obviously the two-player version is limited in diplomacy.
